This is where the Dominant of Bahamut, Dion, meets his fate protecting Clive and Joshua. The moment when Joshua gets trapped in Ultima’s plan, after being fatally injured, he passes the power of the Phoenix fully to Clive.
After Joshua does this, he finishes the prophecy of Mythos, a vessel for Ultima. As revealed, Clive can be considered Mythos, considering him the only person ever to be able to absorb other Eikons’ powers.
Clive & Ultima Face Off
As Clive and Ultima make their way for a face-off, Clive’s extreme willpower surprises Ultima to no end. Clive refuses to be one of the bad guys in the game, and as a result, battle ensures the winning comes to Clive, considering his extreme abilities from Elkons and a good reputation among Final Fantasy 16 characters.
Clive Meets His Fate
After defeating Ultima, Clive gathers extreme power and aims to destroy Origin forever. He makes a massive land in the ocean, washing up on the shore and surprising various characters. Unfortunately, he gets welcome by Crystals’ Curse, and due to Aether and the powers he used, Clive also meets his fate as Valisthea enters a new era.
