You can’t romance both Gale & Astarion all the way in Baldur’s Gate 3.
As of yet, it seems like you can’t romance Gale and Astarion at the same time in Baldur’s Gate 3. While you can date them both up to a point, you will be forced to pick one of them eventually.
Gale has proved to be pretty flexible and open to polyamory, but the same does not go for Astarion. I recommend that you wait for further patch updates from the developers to explore multiple romances at once in the game.
Till then, you can romance either of them and experience a more heroic/good playthrough (with Gale) or morally gray gameplay (with Astarion.)
