To perform the Neutral Backdash, simply press the space key without any additional inputs and your character will take a step backward. Charged Melee Attacks can be executed by pressing and holding down the attack button without aiming down your sights.

Getting the Remnant 2 Spectral Blade is not that hard honestly because it can simply be crafted at McCabe Store. The material that you need to make the Spectral Blade is 1 Eidolon Shard, 7 Lumenite Crystals, and 650 Scraps.
