I never thought a white cake would be as frightening as this one. While we are hoping Henry will bring the good out of Joe and Love, let’s pretend they will not kill each other in “You Season 3”. The ending of last season promised us the next season with little glimpses of the new woman. This makes us all the more excited for the next kills, oops, thrills.
The entry of little Joe into the crazy family gives a new turn to the show. Ignoring the fact when Love told Joe about her pregnancy, no one would have guessed that Joe would be preparing himself to be a good father. Will he be one? I’m not sure. The baby Henry has got to have some natural instincts; after all, his mother and father were made together in hell.
The fans waited for two years to get the trailer You Season 3. Meanwhile, the production houses were on their work. Since the Netflix show got delayed because of the pandemic, they continued the shooting as soon as possible. They even tweeted about the new members in the cast of You. Go through this article, and you’ll get your hands on everything you need to know about You Season 3.
Tweets And Announcements for You Season 3
Netflix made the first announcement in Jan 2020 from their official Twitter account. It said, “We recommend you stay at least 6 feet from Joe Goldberg at all times. YOU Season 3 is back in production.” Well, that was a pretty fun way to announce the beginning of the next season.
Talking about the new teaser of You Season 3, we hear Joe say, “Let’s just say, I’m hoping you’ll do as I say, not as I do.” Not only is he expecting his baby boy to become a good person, but he is also saying, “But for you, I can change.”
While we are not sure about Joe becoming a good person, we are surely super excited to see him try. Until season 2 of You, his kill count is 8, and we are guessing it is only going to get up.
In the Season 3 of You, Pedretti and Badgley are the lead couple. Although, that doesn’t mean there aren’t going to be any new facts in You Season 3. Netflix announced via Twitter that some new cast members are to be expected.
Shalita Grant is going to be the mother-influence, Sherry, who’s also very smart. She will be just another mean girl pretending to like Love. On the other hand, Travis VanWinkle will be playing the character of Cary. This is a person who invites Joe to his inner circle. Lol! Guess how long this poor fellow will live after inviting Joe?
But what about all the other mysteries?
By the end of season 2 of You, we understand that Love is just like Joe. She is also a ruthless killer, committing crimes in the name of passion. Now, just as the couple couldn’t get worse, viewers get as shocked as Joe when they hear about the pregnancy. A murderous couple having a child is nothing we can ever imagine. It is evident that Joe doesn’t have any affectionate feelings for Love. Now, we only have to see his next adventure with the girl next door.
There are chances; she’s also into books. We get the idea because she was reading one when Joe got some glimpses of her. The closing lines of Season 2 boost the thrill when Joe says, “This is just the beginning because this is where I had to be, exactly where I had to be, to meet you. There you were, with your books and your sunshine. So close but worlds away. I will figure out a way to get to you. See you soon, neighbor.”
Let’s bet if this mystery girl will live or die. I’m guessing she’ll also end up getting herself killed like Beck. What’s your take?
All this talk leaves us on some curious notes.
- Who’s the mystery woman next door?
- How will he manage to get out of his relationship with Love?
- Will he be a good father?
- How will he cover his loose ends?
Let’s not forget that there are now three books in the You Trilogy. The Hidden Bodies organically inspired the first season by Caroline Kepnes. Now, the third book, You Love Me, released in April 2021, has sent Joe to an island to be a librarian.
We expect Jow to get away with his son Henry to this island because clearly, his relationship with Love will not end up in anything good for the kid.
There was a fan theory that the mystery woman was actually Joe’s mom. When Badgley was asked about this, he replied, “She’s definitely not his mom, I can say that.” If you have any other speculations about You Season 3, then comment below them right away.
That was all about the announcements and tweet’s regarding You Season 3. I’m sure you are addicted to this series; that’s why you read this article. If you like this article, then do share it on your social media platforms.
Don’t forget to stay at least 6 feet away from Joe, and have an amazing day!
