After the success of the 21 Jump Program, the duo of Schmidt and Jenko is put on an undercover program to work for Captain Dickson, who is located across the street at 22 Jump Street. Later in the story, Jenko becomes friends with Zook and Rooster, who were prime suspects in the investigation. After some time Jenko starts attending parties who do not prefer taking Schmidt.
