Craft restaurant has recently launched Artisan Street Kitchen.
Head chef Andrew Sheridan is creating traditional French-style bistro dishes and culinary creations – with a fun, street food twist.
His van will be travelling all over Birmingham from February. As there are no delivery fees involved you can enjoy a French-style feast for a fraction of the price of dining at his Michelin-listed restaurant.
On the menu choose from French onion soup, Croque Monsieur, deep-fried beef bourguignon, and chocolate choux buns as part of your Francais pick-and-mix feast. Tres Bien!
Dishes start from £4 each. Artisan Street Kitchen will be at the Taste Collective street food takeaway market in Solihull on Sunday, Feb 14 (timings to be confirmed).

Former El Borracho de Oro restaurant owner Emma Louise Yufera has launched Emma’s Delicatessen Spanish tapas takeaway and delivery service.
Enjoy dishes including asparagus and goat’s cheese tortilla, chorizo and potato casserole, king prawns in a basil and pine nut sauce.
The menu costs £32 and is designed for two people to share.
Free delivery to any Birmingham city centre postcode or Hagley Road area. Delivery available to Birmingham surroundings comes with a small extra cost.

Greek food caterers Street Kitchen Brothers bring their “authentic Greek taverna” to you. Available for collection and delivery (you can also find them on Uber and Just Eat).
Enjoy “chicken Gyros wraps, pork souvlaki pita, lamb Kefte box” as well as a variety box of other mezze treats.

Venture northwest of Argentina to enjoy a taste of Peru.
Peruvian fine dining restaurant Chakana from Michelin-starred chef Robert Ortiz is offering a three-course set menu with sides and bread for two people for collection.
There are three set menus you can choose from. On the drinks list, as well as wine, you can get all the ingredients to make your own Pisco Sour – recipe included.
Set menus for two start from £35 each for three courses plus sides. Dishes include traditional mixed seafood ceviche, yellow potato Causa with yellow chilli mayonaise and avocado, and roasted sea bass
There is also a Valentine’s Menu for £55. This includes a choice of confit suckling pig Chicharron – Cuzco corn cake, miso, sweet chilli marmalade, eucalyptus syrup or you can go for the roasted salmon Nikkei with Nikkei tiger’s milk, sea asparagus.

Inspired by his time there he has developed a new Singapore inspired takeaway.
Makan Tabao literally translates as ‘eat takeaway’.
Southeast Asian dishes include Umami packed noodle broth with crispy pork belly (£12) and Mi Cuit Salmon Donburi steamed rice salad with cured Lock Duart salmon, egg yolk, kombu, edamame, and dashi vinegarette (£9).
