Road closures were in place in Cottonwood Canyons in Northern Utah for avalanche control and plowing on Friday, February 5. These videos uploaded by a local Utah Department of Transport (UDOT) profile shows snow plows working to clear snow-covered roads as uphill traffic was blocked off for avalanche mitigation.
