EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — SWAT crews are at the Noble Motel in East Cleveland where a suspect has apparently barricaded himself inside with a long rifle.
It is unknown what initially led to the standoff, but police tell 3News the man exchanged gunfire with officers. No injuries have been reported, and SWAT members are attempting to communicate with the individual.
