Indra K Nooyi is the former CEO of PepsiCo. The lady has been consistent in ranking in World’s Most Powerful Women. GOALS! 

She has served in PepsiCo since 1994 and became the CEO of PepsiCo in 2006. She has worked on the boards of Amazon and ICC. Recently, Philips had also proposed to her to join their board in May 2021. 

Indra K Nooyi was on the list of Wall Street Journal in 2007. In  2014, she was ranked #3 on Forbes list of Most Powerful Woman. In Fortune’s list of the Most Powerful Women in Business, she was ranked #1, in 2009 and 2010 consecutively. The list is infinite!

7. Shantanu Narayen

Shantanu Narayan joined Adobe in 1998 and it wasn’t until 2005 when she became the CEO of the company. Narayen completed his graduation from the University College of Engineering, Osmania University Hyderabad, India, and then moved to the US for further studies. 

Barack Obama had appointed Shantanu Narayan in 2011 as a member of the Management Advisory Board. He is the lead director on the BOD for Pfizer, a name in the news these days.

Fortune ranked him on #12 on their list of Businessperson of the Year in 2018. In the same year, he was declared the Global Indian of the Year by The Economic Times of India. 

Last but not the least, this incredible man received India’s Padma Shri Award in 2019.

Sundar Pichai is the CEO of Alphabet Inc. and its subsidiary Google. Alphabet Inc was made when the reconstruction of Google happened in 2015 and became a parent company of our favorite search engine, Google.

5. Satya Nadella

Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, is hugely responsible for the creation and execution of Microsoft’s computing platforms. Satya Nadella and Sundar Pichai both have their wealth of around 5900 Crores. 

Satya Nadella was the Person of the Year by Financial Times in 2018 and Businessperson of the Year by Fortune. Last year in 2020, Satya Nadella was named as Global Indian Business Icon by CNBC-TV18. 

The man has done incredible work in making Microsoft an even bigger name and his journey is totally inspiring. 

4. Nikesh Arora

Nikesh Arora is the fourth on the list of Richest Indian CEOs in the World. Before joining Palo Alto Networks, he has served in many leading positions in SoftBank and Google. A lot part of his total wealth is because of his stake share in SoftBank. 

Besides his job at Google and SoftBank, he has worked in the Management Board at T-Mobile, Bharti Airtel in Europe. 

3. Ajaypal Singh Banga

Ajaypal Singh Banga the former president and CEO of Mastercard owns Around 7200 crores,  most of which is is because of his holding and stakes in MasterCard. Ajaypal Singh Banga was appointed directly by Barack Obama to be a member of the Presidential Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations.

Banga is a member of the International Business Council of the world economic forum and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Ajay Singh Banga was awarded Padma Shri, one of the highest civilian honors given by the Government of India in 2016.

Jayshree Ullal was the first woman to receive the Entrepreneurial and Leadership Award from Silicon India,  the Most Influential Asian Women in America, and ranked in the World’s Best CEOs list by Barron.

In 2018, Thomas Kurian joined Google Cloud, and only two years after this he became the Richest Indian CEO in the World. Although most of his wealth comes from his stock sale in Oracle.
