- Mission Info: Your objective is to follow Professor Garlick’s instructions and test Wingardium Leviosa and field test a Venomous Tentacle and Mandrake in combat.
Objectives: This assignment has 4 objectives:
- Acquire and Use a Venomous Tenatacula
- Acquire and Use a Mandrake on Multiple Enemies Simultaneously
- Attend Herbology Class During the Day
- Return to Professor Garlick
How to Do Professor Garlick’s Assignment 1 in Hogwarts Legacy?
To complete Professor Garlick’s Assignment 1 in Hogwarts Legacy, you can follow the step-by-step guide listed below:
1. Obtain and Use a Venomous Tenatacula
Head to Dogweed and Deathcap, which is located just ahead of Hogsmeade. Enter the shop and talk to the owner, Beatrice Green. From her, purchase Venomous Tentacle worth 600 Galleons and Mandrake for 500 Galleons.
Tip: If you don’t have enough Galleons, use the sell tab to sell some items from your inventory.
2. Obtain and Use a Mandrake on Multiple Enemies
To test your Mandrake, head outside and look for 2 enemies located close to each other. Press L1/LB to select and release the Mandrakes on your opponents.
3. Attend Herbology Class During the Day
For the next step, use floo flame to warp to Greenhouses in Hogwarts for your Herbology class. Here, you’ll be able to start the lesson.
4. Return to Professor Garlick
Now it’s time to return to Professor Garlick to finally learn the Wingardium Leviosa spell, the charm used to levitate objects.
What Is The Wingardium Leviosa Spell?
Wingardium Leviosa is a levitation charm used to levitate objects in Hogwarts Legacy. It can be used for controlling objects and their movement. But note that you cannot use Wingardium Leviosa on your enemies.
