Another one bites to dust! On the Verge is another series that entered the list of Netflix canceled shows. It is a gentle comedy that starred Julie Delpy (you might remember her from the Before trilogy).
The show, On the Verge, revolves around the lives of Delpy, Elisabeth Shue, Sarah Jones, and Alexia Landeau. It captures the characters and their daily struggles as a chef, heiress, a job seeker, and a single mom, respectively. The show trails their love lives, work, and the start of a midlife crisis.

2. Archive 81
Here is a horror show that was added to the list of Netflix canceled shows in 2022. Archive 81 is based on a podcast of the same name. The show revolves around Dan Turner, who is a film restorer. He is hired by a businessman and is given the work of restoring some burned tapes. These tapes were the work of a documentary filmmaker on the investigation of a dangerous cult.
Well, that is a good start to a horror story. The show was liked by critics and fans equally. However, not many people watched it. If you are a horror genre fan, you can still watch the first season of Archive 81 on Netflix.

3. The Baby-Sitters Club
Netflix added The Baby-Sitters Club to the list of Netflix canceled shows earlier this year. This was a shock to many since The Baby-Sitters Club had a whopping 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. This show ran for two seasons before being canceled in 2022.
The Baby-Sitters Club is based on Ann M. Martin’s bestselling novels. The show revolves around the lives of seven friends- Jessi, Kristy, Claudia, Stacey, Mary, Dawn, and Mallory. These friends start a babysitting business together in their hometown, Stoneybrook. What follows is a series full of fun, joy, love, and a little bit of drama.

It is heartbreaking that there will be no new season of the fan-favorite, The Baby-Sitters Club. However, you can watch the show’s first two seasons on Netflix whenever you want.
4. Gentefied
Gentefied is a warm-hearted comedy that ran for two years. It was added to the list of Netflix canceled shows in 2022. Even the 96% Rotten Tomatoes ratings could not save the show.
Gentefied is a light comedy that follows the lives of the Morales cousins. These are three young Mexican-Americans who are trying to save their grandfather’s taco shop. You can still catch up on the first two seasons of Gentefied on Netflix.

5. Cooking with Paris
Cooking with Paris is another series that was added to the list of Netflix canceled shows in 2022. However, we don’t see anyone unhappy about it. To say the least, many are relieved that the show was canceled.
Cooking with Paris is a reality TV show where guests come and help Paris Hilton cook. Even guests like Kim Kardashian, Demi Lovato, and Saweetie could not save the show from being axed. Well, no one could have saved the show.

Bone is an animated adaptation of a popular comic book. Netflix has been working on this show since 2019. However, it was canceled even before it aired. Yes! Netflix sometimes cancels shows even before giving them a chance.

Raising Dion made its debut on Netflix in 2009. It ran for two seasons before Netflix decided to cancel the series at the end of April 2022. Who doesn’t like superheroes? Apparently, this show did not become a fan favorite and was dropped out of Netflix.
Raising Dion is adapted from a comic book by Dennis Liu. It is a story of a widower, Nicole, and her son, Dion. Raising Dion revolves around Nicole raising her son as a single parent and the problem she faces. Their lives get complicated when they discover that Dion has magical abilities. After discovering Dion’s superpowers, Nicole tries to hide them from the world to save his son from exploitation.

Sound like a fun plot? Well, it didn’t work out for Netflix! However, you can still watch the first two seasons on Netflix.
9. Pretty Smart
We hate it when Netflix cancels shows. However, we hate it more when Netflix cancels shows and leaves the audience on a cliffhanger. This is what happened to the show Pretty Smart, a series that was added to the list of Netflix canceled shows in April 2022.
Pretty Smart was a sitcom that revolved around the life of Chelsea, played by Emily Osment (you might remember her as the sidekick to Hannah Montana). Chelsea is a Harvard graduate and an aspiring author with an uptight personality. Her life takes a twist when she has to move in with her sister and friends, who are totally opposite Chelsea.

10. Space Force
