After a very quiet January, February has begun much, much snowier in New Hampshire.Northern NH will see a few snow showers later tonight while it stays dry in southern areas with some sunshine to follow to kick off the weekend on Saturday (few lingering flakes north). >> Interactive RadarThe next system will approach on Sunday. The track of this system has trended a bit farther north over the past 36 hours, so there is a good chance of some snow(mostly light) on Sunday.>> Closings and delaysThe snow window looks to be from around 10am through 6pm with a general 1 to 3 inches of snow likely from the Lakes Region south (with the most in southern areas). A coating to a inch of snow is possible farther north. Any further northward trend in the track will bring a few more inches of snow to southern NH…so stay tuned!>> Weather alertsTravel will become a bit of a challenge from late morning into the early evening on Sunday, especially the farther south you are.
