Ghana Premier League side Medeama have parted ways with center forward Bernard Ofori who joined the club last season, according to a report by Sunyani-based Nimdee FM.
According to the reports the player went to Tarkwa last week to meet the officials of the club and the contract was terminated by mutual consent.
Richard Ntow Gyan, Head of Sports for Nimdee FM, has revealed that the former New Edubiase United player is set to return to Zambia to sign for an unnamed club.
Ofori featured for Zambian Premier League side Zanaco for three seasons after joining them in 2017 from Medeama.
Ofori rejoined Medeama in January but has not been included in the club’s plans for the ongoing 2020/21 Premier League season.
