The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Tral in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district has been attacked by terrorists with a grenade. An assistant sub-inspector was injured in the attack. Those who have been admitted to the hospital.
On Sunday, militants attacked with a grenade at Tral in Pulwama district of South Kashmir. A senior police officer said the terrorists hurled a grenade at the 180-bn CRPF party. In which one ASP of CRPF was injured. He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Security forces cordoned off the entire area and started searching for the attackers.
Earlier in Jammu and Kashmir, the security forces had a great success on Saturday. The security forces killed a terrorist during an encounter in Anantnag. The slain terrorist has been identified as Lashkar-e-Taiba’s A category terrorist and IED expert Nasir Shakeel Saab Shak Bhai. The killing of this terrorist is being described as a huge achievement for the security forces. An AK-47 rifle has been recovered from the encounter site. Also, other information recovered from the scene has not been given at the moment.
An official said that after the presence of the terrorist was confirmed in the area, he was given full opportunity to surrender, but the terrorist started firing at the jawans. The soldiers also gave a befitting reply.
In the encounter, Lashkar’s Pakistani origin was successful in heaping terrorists. The terrorist has been identified as Nasir alias Shakeel Saab alias Shak Bhai. He was included in the A category of terrorists. The police is trying to verify which cases he was involved in.
