The Build number of iOS 15.4 beta 5 is 19E5241a. If you have noticed, all recent build numbers have “a” at the end of it, which means soon you will get the RC version. RC means Release Candidate, which is the near-final beta version of the update you are getting currently.
Coming back to iOS 15.4 beta 5, developers didn’t get the popup message to “Use Cellular Data to Download?”.
Also, if you go to Settings>General>About>Limited Warranty, you will see a new option for “Apple Support.” In the last updates, you needed to click on Get Apple Support App, and it would take you to the Apple store. Now, you simply need to click on the “Get” button to download the app.
