Every person who is an expatriate living in Saudi Arabia must know about the fee payments of the dependents. As it is required to do so at the time of Renewal of Iqama. We have given the whole procedure of how you can pay the dependent fee in KSA and how to check the fee on Absher.  

We have given the fee deposit procedure to two banks, Al Rajhi Bank and NCB Bank. You can choose anyone depending on your bank account.  

To pay dependent fee in KSA online, you have to log in to your bank account from either Al Rajhi Bank or NCB Bank. Then select a few options, write your Iqama Number and the amount to be paid.

1. Pay the dependent fee in KSA using Al Rajhi Bank

  • From your mobile phone login to your Al Rajhi Bank Account and in the upper left corner of the screen, three dashed will be shown, click on them. 
  • From the drop-down menu, select payments.
  • Click on government payments and then on expatriate services.

1.1 Pay dependent fee in KSA for all family using Al Rajhi Bank

In case you want to pay the dependency of all your family members follow the below-written steps.

  • Select “Associate Fees for all Registered Associates On the Head of Household Iqama service ID” and enter the details.
  • In transaction type, select Payment.
  • In Iqama ID, write the number of the family head.
  • In the “Free duration for Iqama renewal”,  the date will be the expiry date of your Iqama plus one year extended. 
  •  In “Fee Duration for Final Exit”, write the Final Exit Visa Issuance date + 2 months.

1.2 Pay dependent fee in KSA for a new Iqama using Al Rajhi Bank

In the same app, select “Associate Fees for a Specific Associate Service ID”.  You will be required to select this option to make payment of the dependent fee for the below written three categories-

  1. To issue a Final Exit for a particular dependent.
  2. If a baby is born outside Saudi Arabia.
  3. If a family has arrived on a permanent family visa. 
    After you have selected the above option enter the following details-
  • In transaction type, select “Payment”.
  • In the Iqama Id block, write the Iqama number of the family head.
  • In the Associate Iqama Id block, write the border number or the number of dependents.
  • Inside fee duration for new Iqama, write the Iqama expiry date.
  • In Duration for Final Exit, write Final Exit visa issuance Date with two months added to it.

1.3 If Baby is Born In KSA

If a baby is born in Saudi Arabia then do these steps to make the payment-

  • Select the option “Adding Dependent born inside Saudi Arabia”.
  • In Transaction Type, select Payment.
  • In Iqama ID, write the number of the family head.
  • In Birth Date, type the Date of birth of the baby/dependent.
  • In the next block of duration type the expiry date of Iqama.

2. Pay dependent fee in KSA using NCB Bank

If you want to pay the dependent fee online using NCB Bank then login to your account on the official app and click on the dashes shown in the top right corner of the screen. Now select SADAD and then Government Payments and Refunds.

2.1 Pay dependent fee in KSA for all family using NCB Bank

Now enter all the details if you want to renewal of Iqama, pay the dependent fee for all family members at once. 

  • In Biller, select Alien Control.
  • In Service block, select Associate Fees for Registered Associated on the Head of Household.
  • Now select unregistered.
  • In ID type the family head Iqama number.
  • In fee duration for Iqama renewal type your Iqama expiry date with one year extended.
  • In fee duration for Final Exit write the issuance date with two months extended.

2.2 Pay dependent fee in KSA for a new Iqama using NCB Bank

In continuation with the above steps if you want to issue a new Iqama for a dependent follow these steps-

  • In the Biller Textbox, Type  alien control
  • In Service, select Associate Fees for a Specific Associate.
  • Select unregistered
  • In Iqama ID type the Iqama number of the family head.
  • In associate Iqama ID type border number or dependent Iqama.
  • In fee duration for Iqama renewal type your Iqama expiry date with one year extended.
  • In fee duration for Final Exit write the issuance date with two months extended.

2.3. If Baby is Born In KSA

If a baby is born inside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia type the following details to pay the dependent fee for the child born inside KSA.

  • In Biller, select Alien Control.
  • In Service, select Adding Dependant Born Inside Saudi Arabia.
  • Select unregistered.
  • In Iqama ID, type the Iqama number of the family head.
  • In the blocked dependent DOB,  type the date of birth of the newborn baby.
  • In fee duration for Iqama renewal type your Iqama expiry date.

3. Check dependent fee in Absher

After doing all the payment processes you should check whether the dependency is properly paid or not.  for that first of all login into your Absher account.

  • After logging in scroll down to the bottom until you see “ public query available funds”.
  • Enter your Iqama number.
  • Enter the captcha code.

After doing these steps, if you see an amount of deposit under the section passport deposit then it confirms done your dependent fee has been paid.
