It is to be noted that you can’t get slush ice instantly with DDLV, but you need to be further ahead in the game in order to acquire it.

How to Get Slush Ice in Dreamlight Valley?

While it may seem that getting slush ice in Dreamlight Valley is a daunting process, it surely is not. You can get slush ice in DDLV during The Unknown Flavor Quest for Remy, which is his final quest upon reaching Friendship Level 10 with him.

Once you are in the quest you will have to make 5 Snowballs from the Frozen Heights region and then get those snowballs to the Crafting Station (alongside the Purified Night Shard Potion) in order to create Ice Slush.

Once you get the snowballs from the Frozen Heights region, then you will have to get the Ice Slush to Remy. After you do that, the Slush Ice will become a permanent ingredient that you can purchase on the back shelf in the kitchen of Chez Remy. It is to be noted that this is the only way to acquire Slush Ice. So always make sure that you have your Star Coins stocked up in case you are looking to get some.

How to Make Ice Slush in Dreamlight Valley?

Once you are all the way to Level 10, you will have to build up your friendship with Chez Remy. Friendship with Chez Remy is an important achievement in the game as it helps you to get eligible for the ultimate quest called “The Unknown Flavor.”

In The Unknown Flavor Quest, basically, all you have to do is make an ice cream. This will only happen once you speak to Remy and get help from Merlin (for procedural sake). Merlin will further guide you on how to make an ice cream.

You will now need to make Purified Night Shards; it is to be noted that you will need three of them, to be exact. In order to make one Purified Night Shard, you will require:

• 1 x Dream Shard
• 5 x Night Shard

So, basically, you will require three Dream Shards and 15 Night Shards in order to make three Purified Night Shards. Bring three Dream Shards and 15 Night Shards to the nearest Crafting Station and proceed with the process.

After getting all these products to the crafting station, you will have to shatter them and grind them into powder. For that, you will require and then get  15 Snowballs in Frosted Heights.

Now at the Crafting Station, get the powder and the Snowballs, mix and combine them together in order to make Slush Ice. Once you make Slush Ice, bring it to Chez Remy, and he will be able to reproduce it on his own. So, the next time you will need some Slush Ice, all you got to do is head to Chez Remy and purchase it directly from him. In order to purchase Slush Ice, you will need Star Coins, so make sure to save up those.
