Fast company is a renowned US business media brand that largely focuses on technology, business, and design. On 28th September, The Fast Company reported that they had shut down their website on Tuesday evening after it was hacked. What really happened is that two obscene and racist push notifications were sent to Apple users via the apple news results, which in turn pushed the company to take this crucial step.

Some Racist Just Hacked Fast Company Account on Apple News

Following are some of the official statements passed by the Fast publication company about the hacked message to clarify the incident, which is uncalled for. Some of these are brought down together.

This Morning around 7:14 a.m, Fast Company recently tweeted on their official account, By saying that “Fast Company’s Apple News account was hacked on Tuesday evening. Two obscene and racist push notifications were sent about a minute apart”

They added, “The messages are vile and not in line with the content and ethos of Fast Company.”

It is quite unfortunate that such an incident occurred, and the company assures by saying, “We are investigating the situation and have suspended the feed & shut down until we are certain the situation has been resolved.”

The Hackers also played a trick by posting a message to the company saying, “Wow, Fast Company. Despite the public defacement of your site, which boasts millions of visitors, all you did was hastily change your database credentials, disable outside connections to the database server, and fix the articles. What an absolute disgrace of a news source, and one that I would personally avoid due to how little they care about user security.”

Apple responded quickly to address the incident by stating, “An incredibly offensive alert was sent by Fast Company, which has been hacked. Apple News has disabled their channel”.

As we can clearly see that the Fast company suffered a tragic incident and had to wind up its website after the hackers intruded into its Apple News Account with malicious activity.
