RS Pura A awareness camp was organized in the village on behalf of IFFCO Farmer Friends Club Jinddamelu in collaboration with IFFCO, a farming-related company. In this, farmers were informed about the equipment including fertilizer. During this camp organized under the chairmanship of the chairman of the club, Sham Gorkha, Dr. JP Sharma of Sher-e-Kashmir Agricultural University said that the work of extracting manure is being done in a modern way. The farmers will get direct benefits of this.
He asked the farmers to plant mushrooms as well. Apart from beekeeping and poultry farming, farmers can benefit more by applying less money. The university is also working for the betterment of farmers. Efforts are made to connect the farmers with modern technology so that they can increase their income and for this such camps will prove to be very beneficial for the farmers.
A large number of farmers were present on the occasion including Advocate Praveen Kesar, Club Chairman Sham Gorkha, Field Officer Vivek Sharma, State Marketing Head Bahadur Ram, Jugal Sharma Sachin Gupta, ITI College Principal Shyam Lal.
