Sun Capital Partners agreed to acquire Miami Beach Medical Group and its clinics for more than $500 million.
Boca Raton-based Sun Capital will purchase the company from Gauge Capital. MBMG has 19 medical centers in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Polk counties. The company’s 74 independent physicians serve more than 1,7500 Medicare Advantage patients.
