Biden supporting Tempe resident to replace pro-Trump graffiti with art

Community members are coming together after a neighborhood wall was vandalized with graffiti supporting President Donald Trump.

Last Wednesday was like most others for Alexis Edmonds and her partner. They woke up and went out to take the dog for a walk.

But that sense of normalcy turned traumatic once they got outside.

The words “Trump 2020,” “MAGA” and “God Bless America” were spray-painted along a large wall surrounding their Tempe home.

Edmonds is turning the experience into something positive by getting the community involved to paint over the graffiti.

“There were a lot of emotions when I saw it, anger for sure but then also fear because these people are just like invading our space in our house,” Edmonds said.
